Rock her world

The “Rock Her World” model featured having an orgasm in lingerie for a diamond commercial is suing the company claiming she was tricked into doing the ad.  The unnamed woman is suing Szul Jewelry Inc for $5 million.

The Court papers comment on the online advertisement saying that the music is a “bump and grind” type and has “a decidedly pornographic look, feel and sound.”

Kevin Mulhearn, the woman’s lawyer says “This [the commercial] was a bait and switch.”

Viewed more than 10,000 times on YouTube, the woman is very upset over her appearance on the ad.  In the 35-second video, the model is seen rubbing herself with pleasure while “bump and grind” music is played.  At the end the company’s slogan “Jewelry works every time” appears on the screen.

Mulhearn was quoted by a US newspaper saying “She can live with a comedic spot that has a touche of sexiness at the end, but its certainly not okay for her to be in something that’s quasi-soft-core porn.  She doesn’t want to be associated with this at all.”
The 37 year old model who hosts a national cable network show, according to Manhattan court papers was expecting a “comedic” clip about a “shy average Joe guy” who uses a diamond necklace to get a beautiful woman.

Mulhearn says that “She was aghast, appalled and extremely angry when she saw the ad.  She got used and exploited.”

The woman was hired November 2007 at an audition she attended after responding to an ad for a male and female actor for a “Viral-Web-Spot.”  She was only paid $200 for the ad and no release form was sign to allow the use of her image by Szul.  The male actor, Tommie Dickie never even made it to final production.  Towards the end of creating the advertisement, the woman was told to “feign excitement while lying down.”
